The sandwich was delicious! Even if it devolved into requiring a fork. A little overpriced, which can kind of be a surprise if you're only looking at the board, which doesn't show prices vs the paper menu. Ended up being 60 bucks for two sandwiches with drinks and only one prefab side. And one final word to the wise, if you're following Google maps to get here, the parking lot is a valet lot, or at least it was for the weekend.

This is the best mortadella burrata sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my life. If you’re a sucker for mortadella or burrata this is the best place!!! Atmosphere super cute and fast service. Size of the sandwich was on the bigger size thank god, loved it!

Entered the premise not smelling fresh bread but something odd, greeted by Japanese city pop tune and a after a few steps forward, we realized it was the yeasty smells of beer brewing in Jacuval next door which connects to this place. The metal barrels are out in open. They won the best deli in 2025 for a reason. They have both hot and cold sandwiches. We ordered the chicken pesto panini and turkey sandwich. On the side, they have plenty of wine for sale as well. They lived up to a good satisfying sandwich reputation. The husband couldnt resist the 4 pack Jacuval beer. Yet to taste those. Parking was alright. Limited due to half of it taken up by valet parking spots.

Trades Delicatessen is a great spot. The food is genuinely delicious and clearly made with care. Everything tasted fresh, well balanced, and satisfying without trying too hard. The staff are awesome. Friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. You can tell they care about the place and the people who come in, which makes the experience even better. The vibe is one of the best parts. The music selection is on point and adds a lot to the atmosphere without being distracting. It is the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy your meal, and actually want to stay a bit longer. Great food, great energy, and great people. Definitely a place I would come back to and recommend to anyone looking for a solid deli experience in Dallas.
